We want you to be completely satisfied with your Onuia purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is exceptional.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. We believe in the quality of our products and want you to have time to experience the luxury and comfort of Onuia.

All returns must be in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible for Return:

  • All luxury towels (midweight and heavyweight)
  • Bath robes and dressing gowns
  • Bath mats and accessories
  • Unused items with original tags
  • Items in original packaging

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

How to Return an Item

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@onuiahome.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Include the RMA number and return form in your package
  5. Ship your return to the address provided
  6. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process and specify your desired exchange item in your return request.

We will process your exchange once we receive your return. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@onuiahome.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items and cover all associated costs.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about return procedures.

Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance.
